How To Make A House A Home*

Bake yummy bread…it smells wonderful and everyone will gather to have a bite.

Make messes…Yep – messes surely make a place feel like home.

Well, I'll get back to that later…

Read books.  Lots of books.  The more seasonally appropriate the better.

Be festive!

Houseplants are nice…Piney candles are good, too.

Be festive!  Did I already mention that?

Good: Knitting and Bikram Yoga
Not So Good: Still no couches
Really Exciting: Tater tests for her Black Belt on Saturday
Also Really Exciting: Dassa loves her new school
More Exciting Stuff: Pitter cut all her hair off – she looks like a little Pixie Angel

*Disclaimer: Although these steps may indeed help a house to become a home, this is not a foolproof system.  Stay tuned.
